At least, whoever was the propmaster that day for the Wicked Witch of the West Coast, knew enough about that AK to not leave the stock folded with the drum magazine inserted, otherwise nobody could fire the darn thing!

  2. Paul Koning says:

I wonder if she’s violating DC law (or CA law), like Dave Gregory the other day.

  3. Rem870 says:

Oleg, this is absolutely fantastic illustration of ignorance of such people!

  4. gene small says:

we have to take them seriously because they have the power to pass laws which will drastically effect our lives. even if un-constitutional it will take years to work through the courts to be overturned.

    • Brandon says:

It’s come to such a point that these unconstitutional ‘laws’ must be disregarded by the people carte blanche. For God’s sake, they tried to ban virtually all guns and mandate the surrender of arms in Illinois today–and this after two crushing blows in this arena from the Federal Courts in the last year!

They know it’s unconstitutional, what they’re doing, on the Federal level, but they do it anyway. And it’s on us to challenge these laws? No, they’re null and void. They been pushing long enough.

(And) on state activity, these ‘powers that be’ are using the strategy of state-based anti-constututional legislation to 1) capriciously mess up our lives like a bunch of lunatics (which they are); and even more insidiously, lay a legislative framework for the ‘supercity’ legal framework that will kick in automatically when Obama’s new supreme court validates the anti-Second Amendment position of these localities.

If you can’t win in the Federal courts you win in the metropolitic areas. Everyone going to end up migrating there anyway.

      It’s a bad, bad scene.

Well now…Dianne has a 75 round drum mag inserted into the rifle, safety off, finger on the trigger, about to muzzle sweep a room full of liberal morons…this could end well…

  6. Y. says:

    Isn’t she a CCW holder ?

  7. chiefjaybob says:

But the AK is unloaded, so it’s OK.

    • Paul Koning says:

How do you know? How does she know, for that matter?
Clearly she’s violating all three of Col. Cooper’s three laws of gun safety. Then again, given that she has about the IQ of a turnip, that’s not a surprise.
As for this being a violation, it appears that this picture was taken in 1999 at a news conference in DC. As things stand today, she clearly could not legally hold that device in her hands in DC; it violates at the very least the ban on possessing high capacity magazines that’s in force in that benighted place. (That’s the one David Gregory violated.) How old is that ban? I don’t know, but I would guess older than 1999.

Is it me or does that old bat bear more than a passing resemblance to Dolores Umbridge from the Harry Potter movies?

  9. Mike says:

Excellent. Simple compositional template – many ‘juxtaposition’ possibilities, with the senator’s photo. Mirror image would highlight better (left-handed little girl). No need for the block-arrow (distracts). (Additionally, you can juxtapose ‘properly shouldering’ the firearm. Ms. Feinstein would be getting some painful hyper-flexion at the wrist.) I’m sure you can find an AK with a drum. 🙂

    “Gun Safety” ….
Always keep the gun pointed in a safe direction.
Always keep your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot.
Always keep the gun unloaded until ready to use.
(Know your target and what is beyond.)

    “Gun Control”
Always decry the inherent dangers of a firearm, while pointing one at your audience.
Always keep your finger on the trigger …. it paints a scarier picture when there’s a gun already pointed at them.
Always keep disarmament legislation shelved, until newsworthy mass-murders make them ready for use.
(Know your audience, and what is beyond their inclination to comprehend.)

    Another caption:

The NRA uses private funds to teach law-abiding citizens how to safely use firearms.

Senator Feinstein uses your tax dollars to convince law-abiding citizens that the only safe firearm is a confiscated one.
