85 degrees F in sunny Cocoa, FL today

And I found myself wishing for more clouds for my photo shoot.

Every time I come to Keltec, the most interesting variants of their guns come from the trunks and desk drawers of the employees. This one is no different, coming from a 3-gun shooter. It’s a PLR16 pistol registered as an SBR and fitted with SU16 stock. Very handy little piston gun with a 9.5 inch barrel. Fitted with Vortex Sparc red dot, it’s light and very fast. The flat shape on the shooter’s hip is a slightly customized PMR30.

Wish we could trade. In my part of Texas we have more clouds than you could want, and it’s about 30 degrees.

I see your casting call was eminently successful.

A very weird thought popped in to my mind when I read that — “will KT ever do a revolver?”

Looks like the location of the cheek weld would make for a sore jaw.

I don’t miss Cocoa, palmetto bugs (aka flying cockroaches), and sweating from all body parts simultaneously at all. Hard to believe I spent 10 years assigned to that neck of the Florida woods…
