Michael has a filter. He just doesn’t bother using it most of the time. He’s brilliant, so people overlook that to hear him talk more.

      It’s called “listening” when someone speaks. Too many people just hear another person speak without listening. If Mike speaks without a filter, one should also listen without a filter. This is usually harder because people often look for reasons to apply their own listening-filters that cause them to protect themselves from new and/or unpleasant thoughts and ideas.
