    we owe a lot to Mr. Heller. But I sure wish he’d have rested a bit after the first big case, ’cause the Heller II case is pretty poorly designed. Too many issues, too much opportunity for judging shenanigans.

      Rested? The man is in his 70s and he still has several cases to do before he walks off to Valhalla. I don’t think he has time to rest.

      Poorly designed — I can’t judge one way or another, but my two lawyer friends don’t think so. We’ll see. He does have a good track record.
