   I can’t help but think that Paypal is an inadvisable choice for funds transfers, as I wouldn’t be surprised if they shut down the account if they caught wind of the reason for the transfers. Crowdtilt, maybe? (What happened to Gpal?)

   Well, I’m certainly not going to tell them. Besides, this is a donation, not an exchange of money for goods (thin justification, I know, but the difference IS there).

     That said though, I advocate EVERYONE male and female “carrying.” Equal-Opportunity-Self Defense.

     p.s. Erin P.: as a capitalist (I make that assumption from your website) how about running your donations-request on a value-for-value basis? Something along the lines Chris Muir of “Day by Day” took a few years ago (haven’t been following him for a while) (http://www.daybydaycartoon.com/2012/02/29/): in order to cartoon full-time he asked for donations at various “support levels” – like PukeBS does – and depending on the level you threw in for in turn “gave” the donator original sketches, glicee (sp-?) prints, etc.

     That or sell one/some of your other guns to buy the new one. This latter way is how my husband has to manage it sometimes…

   True. There was an anonymous poll on CCW in Czechia, where they only tracked gender, and women were more in favor than men..
