    Gotta love Savage. I’ve yet to see one shot that wasn’t accurate, right out of the box.

    With that much padding, you won’t notice you’re shooting a .243. I have another savage in that caliber, it’s a joy to shoot.

      I fired it yesterday. No noticeable recoil at all. Great trigger, too. Only shot ten rounds as we got rained out.
