What’s the situation in Puerto Rico now?

In June, Puerto Rico gun laws got struck down. What does it mean in practice for the island residents and visitors?

    Sorry, but the model seems to be photo shopped against the background.

      She was. The background photo was taken a while ago, and the lighting doesn’t quite match (one source for the background, three for the foreground). I am pretty sure I got the scale wrong as well.

    I haven’t heard anything BAD out of Puerto Rico, so I’m guessing the locals and LE are feeling their way through this with some class.
