The trick is scoffing at the modern lifestyle. And also good camera angles.
If people today ate as people in the 1920’s, watched the same amount of TV and worked out ~5-7 hours per week, this kind of shape wouldn’t be particularily impressive.
In Switzerland, most women I saw were in similarly good shape. In my part of the US, they aren’t.
Switzerland has anomalously low obesity, for some reason, where men are concerned. Maybe the military?
Women too, but not lower than Italy, or some other slimmer EU nations.
Tennessee, is among the top ten fattest states in the US with 29% obesity rate. Mississippi is the worst with 34%

BTw, there’s a very good extension (linguarana) for browser that offers translation on hover, I can pretty much read german that way.
