   From all indications, these new manufacture Inland carbines are unreliable junk. Has that been your experience?

     My experience has been the opposite. They are well made. The sample I have is an upgrade from the Auto Ordnance once in terms of feeding a wider variety of ammunition (such as Hornady Critical Defense).

   Well I know three people that bought this carbine and got “junk in a box”.(all three were gunsmith red tagged BEFORE firing , as NIB weapons) I know that builders LOVE to send hand built, nonproduction weapons to reviewers…But the HUGE numbers of ordinary buyers seem to be getting junk as production weapons puts INLAND Man.’s reputation right next to HESS arms and early CAI. With dozens of negative YOU TUBE video’s and now PERSONAL knowledge that three UNRELATED people have gotten defective products from this manufacturer. I don’t think I’ll be buying anything they make, until I start seeing a LOT more positive feed back.

   That’s an interesting point.
   Perhaps on some of these items where Mr.Volk’s experience differs from his readers’, they could get together with what he’s been sent and what they have bought to compare them in detail?

     Once the weather cools from 100*F, that would be great. Who’s up for a Nashville roadtrip for early September?

     Sometimes, I get guns that aren’t functional. Sometimes they break in my use. I got soured on M1 carbines ever since I bought two IAIs around 2001 and neither was reliable. The Auto Ordnance rifle from around 2010 is much better, and my specific Inland is another half-grade better.
