My RFB is back from Keltec

It now has the updated gas system which is easier to adjust.

1-4x Nightforce scope, Gemtech Sandstorm suppressor, Magpul sling and rail sling adapter. The model is Jessica. Although she is shown here with a backup Keltec P3AT, she actually carries an FN 57 pistol in real life.

Awesome eye color in the first picture. And great pictures as always of course. Did you use the 70-200mm for them?

With the RFB’s forward eject, does the brass remain undinged? I have an FAL which I love to shoot but it dents the brass when ejecting. I reload for an M1A which I use for long range shooting, and I need something that is fun to shoot (and give me more brass) but that leaves reloadable brass. That and the fact that I’ve wanted an RFB since they came out.

Really nice Oleg. The gun ain’t too bad either.

What’s the difference with the gas system? From my recollection, it was just a three-position knob, right? What’s the change that makes it easier in some manner?

    • Oleg Volk says:

Much wider range of adjustments, also different piston design that doesn’t potentially impact on the receiver.

Is this basically a recall sort of thing? “If you have the old type, send it in for a free upgrade,” or are they only replacing it if there’s an actual problem with that particular firearm as a result?

Or is it a moot point, because only a few were released that way, and you just got a very-early one?

Also, any idea when they are going to be shipping the 32″ barrels, and what they’re going to charge for them?
