46th wedding anniversary
The people who spawned me are awesome!
Migrating to new social media location (updated post)
FB just blocked me for a week for a photo linked in a private message. That kind of idiocy makes it rather less useful for anything, so I will be moving the majority of my social media posting to MeWe. … Continue reading
28th anniversary

Idaho trip postponed

Amie Gibbons joins the ranks of published authors
This is the first of several short stories in a series. Amie wrote several series, each featuring a quirky, distinctive character navigating the world where magic, legal precedents and an occasional use of judiciously applied firepower all coexist. Please read, review … Continue reading
Back from SHOT Show.
Just returned from the least stressful, most productive SHOT show in my career. I got to meet many friends from all over the world. Got to look and try a wide variety of arms and accessories. Bringing back tremendous amount … Continue reading

Another awesome work day
Took pictures all day. Got to record the chief of fire-fighters rappel down into a window with a suppressed Tavor in hand, and a bunch of other polite gentlemen play around an MRAP. Fun day.
My typical work day
Taking a break between photos to try out a 300 Blackout barrel for my ARAK21. It worked well and the recoil was almost imperceptible. The optic is a Primary Arms 1-6x. (Photos by Bob Faxon)
Today is the 25th anniversary of my family coming to America
On this day in 1989, I flew to New York from Rome (which was a waypoint on the way from the USSR). Today, I flew back Rome to celebrate the anniversary with my parents who discovered America for me. My … Continue reading

Had much fun today
My IP lawyer Glenn and I went shooting with Bob Faxon and his friends. (Photos by Bob Faxon) Long-stroke piston rifles were very controllable even at 700rpm. I ended up wearing one pair of gloves over another and still froze. … Continue reading
